Registration
2010/11 season information
Registration packages have been mailed out to families of currently registered players. Extra registration packages will be made available at all registration sessions.
Registration in person
Registration sessions will be held in the arena lobby on the following dates:
- Tuesday, May 18 from 7-8:30 pm
- Wednesday, May 19 from 7-8:30 pm
- Tuesday, June 15 from 7-8:30 pm (last day for early registration)
- Tuesday, August 17 from 7-8:30 pm (note fee increase applies for returning players after June 10th)
Make sure you include the following in your package:
Registration will only be accepted with ALL required fees and documentation. Incomplete registration may result in the player being put on a waiting list.
Registration Priority
Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis within birth year and division under the following priority:
- Veteran players (registered with the CPMHA during the 2009-10 season).
- Former CPMHA players (registered with the CPMHA for a season prior to but not during the 2009-10 season)
- New and former CPMHA players NOT residing in Carleton Place will be accepted if there is space available and the district has approved your transfer request. This approval must be brought with you to registration.

* Registration amount does NOT include the cost of raffle tickets. Registration fees have been raised to cover increased ice costs as is done every year, although the costs have increased significantly due to the introduction of HST.
Additional Registration Information
- For parents of children with 3 or more players, the fees for the youngest child will be 50% of the registration amount.
- A $25 charge for all NSF cheques received and must be replaced within 7 days of notification by cash, certified cheque or money order. Failure to do so will result in the risk of player being put on a waiting list.
- Registrar must receive refund requests in writing by December 15th and no refunds will be given after December 31st.
- Refunds are pro-rated depending on the number of games played.
- Full refund minus $80 for raffle tickets will be given to any player withdrawing before September 15th.
Registration will NOT be processed for players who have not fulfilled their financial obligations with CPMHA or have not returned all CPMHA equipment and jerseys.
