Trying out for competitive?
If you are trying out for one of the competitive teams: MTK, Silver Seven or Titans please be sure to choose the ‘Competitive Tryout Registration Fee’ option during registration. 
The competitive tryout fee is $25.

First payment (50%) is due upon registration
August 1: Second payment due (25%)
September 1: Third payment due (25%)
 
 
CPMHA reserves the right to cap each level and registration will be on a first come first serve basis with priority to past CPMHA players.
 
 
Important information:
Your registration with CPMHA cannot be completed until:

• All forms are completed correctly (for new players, and transfers)
• Online registration is completed and paid
• At least one parent has completed the RESPECT IN SPORT, you can find more information at: http://cpmha.ca/page.php?page_id=75474 

*Please note that filling out an application and registering online is not a guarantee that your child will be registered to play minor hockey this season.  Registration is on a first come first serve basis, with priority given to past CPMHA players.  Registration is also depending on enough players registering in a specific level to form a team.
