The Carleton Place Minor Hockey Association (CPMHA) is excited to announce that we will be hosting a U7 Funday, and a U9 Jamboree this upcoming season. These tournaments provide a great opportunity for young players to showcase their skills, enjoy friendly competition, and create lasting memories. See below for a detailed explanation of each age group. Interested teams will need to fill out the application.
TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM
Once you register your team for the CPMHA Funday or Jamboree, please follow these instructions:
- E-transfer: Send the registration fee via e-transfer to [email protected].
- Details Required: In the message section of your e-transfer, include the following information:
- Team Name
- Location (City/Town)
- Contact Information (Coach/Manager name and email/phone number)
Registration Fees
- U7 Jamboree: $450 per team
- U9 Jamboree: $750 per team

- Date: January 25, 2025
- Levels: Level 1 (4 & 5 years. New players only) 4 TEAMS
Level 2 & 3 (somewhat experienced, or 5 and 6 year old) 8 TEAMS
Level 4 (experienced) 4 TEAMS
****CP Kings sorts their U7 teams by age, then experience and skill. If your association
sorts players differently, please contact the Tournament Coordinator for assistance****
- Registration Fee: $450 per team

- Two games per team
- Half-ice games
- Players will receive a medal
U9 Jamboree (16 TEAMS)
- Date: November 16, 2024
- Levels: B and C (8 TEAMS PER LEVEL)
- Registration Fee: $750 per team
- Format:
- Three guaranteed games per team
- Half-ice games
- Players will receive a medal
