The Carleton Place Minor Hockey Association (CPMHA) is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of referees for the upcoming season.

Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 14 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work on weekends.
- Communication: Able to keep your availability updated using a web-based tool.

- Deadline: Submit your application by (TBD).
- Online Form: Fill out the online form. Once submitted, you will receive a copy of the application, and another copy will be forwarded to Ray Cronkwright, the Referee-in-Chief (RIC).
